About Homarr

Homarr is a highly customizable dashboard for organizing and monitoring self-hosted applications, built around a drag-and-drop grid system rather than YAML configuration files. It integrates seamlessly with 40+ popular self-hosted services — including media tools like Jellyfin, Plex, and the *arr suite (Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr), networking tools like Pi-hole, AdGuard Home, and OPNsense, and infrastructure tools like Proxmox, TrueNAS, and Unraid — pulling in real-time widget data via WebSockets, tRPC, and Redis. User management is detailed and permission-based, with support for groups and single sign-on via OIDC or LDAP, and sensitive data is protected using BCrypt and AES-256-CBC encryption. A fast built-in search covers both Homarr's own data and thousands of data points across connected integrations, and an icon picker offers access to over 11,000 icons. Homarr runs on virtually any consumer hardware — x86, Raspberry Pi, or older laptops — across Windows, Linux, TrueNAS, and Unraid, and includes extensive Kubernetes support via Helm for scaled deployments. The project is community-maintained and funded through OpenCollective sponsorships, and is released under the Apache License 2.0, which permits commercial use.
