Privacy-first, open-source knowledge management and collaboration platform with outliner-based note-taking and bidirectional linking.
Logseq is a privacy-first, open-source platform for knowledge management and collaboration. It focuses on privacy, longevity, and user control, storing all data locally in plain Markdown or Org-mode files. Logseq features an outliner-based editor with bidirectional linking, PDF annotation, task management, and a growing plugin ecosystem. A new Database version (DB version) introduces SQLite-backed graphs with real-time collaboration (RTC) sync and a new mobile app for iOS. Desktop apps are available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and a web version is accessible at test.logseq.com. Logseq is built with ClojureScript and DataScript, and is inspired by tools like Roam Research, Org Mode, and TiddlyWiki. It is suitable for students, researchers, professionals, and anyone who values structured, privacy-respecting knowledge management.
