Back to HomeSelf-hosted, open-source document-sharing platform that brings DocSend-style shareable links, viewer analytics, and custom branding to your own PDFs and documents.
Papermark is a self-hosted alternative to DocSend for sharing documents like pitch decks, sales collateral, and data room files. Documents are shared via secure custom links rather than raw file downloads, and every link can be tracked for viewer analytics, with page-by-page insights into how recipients engage with a document. Papermark supports custom domains and white-label branding so shared links can carry a company's own look rather than a generic file host. It's built on Next.js and TypeScript with Prisma and PostgreSQL for the data layer, NextAuth.js for authentication, Tinybird for the analytics pipeline, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for billing on hosted plans. As an open-source project (AGPLv3), it's designed to be self-hosted and customized, with blob storage via AWS S3 or Vercel Blob and a standard Node.js/npm-based setup.
