Self-hosted media tracker for movies, TV shows, anime, manga, video games, books, comics, and board games, with per-episode tracking and Jellyfin/Plex/Emby integration.
Yamtrack is a self-hosted media tracker covering movies, TV shows, anime, manga, video games, books, comics, and board games in one unified app. It tracks each season of a TV show individually along with episodes watched, and lets users save score, status, progress, repeats (rewatches, rereads), start/end dates, and personal notes for each entry. A full tracking history logs every action taken on a piece of media, and custom media entries can be created for niche titles not found through supported APIs. Users can build personal lists for any purpose and invite other members to collaborate on shared lists, plus follow upcoming releases via a built-in calendar that can be subscribed to externally through an iCalendar (.ics) URL, with notifications delivered through Apprise (Discord, Telegram, ntfy, Slack, email, and more). Yamtrack integrates with Jellyfin, Plex, and Emby to automatically track newly watched media, and supports importing existing tracking history from Trakt, Simkl, MyAnimeList, AniList, and Kitsu, including periodic automatic imports, plus CSV export and re-import of all tracked data. It supports multi-user accounts with individual tracking and flexible authentication, including OIDC and 100+ social providers via django-allauth. Deployment is via Docker Compose with either SQLite or PostgreSQL. Yamtrack is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0.
